We're excited to announce that Quay 1 International Realty has partnered with Iris House Children's Hospice, a compassionate organisation dedicated to providing holistic respite and specialised care for children and young adults with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions in the Western Cape. Through residential care, therapeutic services, family support, and professional training, Iris House creates a nurturing environment rooted in the belief that every child is worthy of love, dignity, and the opportunity to reach their full potential.

At Quay 1, investing in people and communities is something we take seriously. This partnership is part of our broader commitment to supporting meaningful community initiatives that bring people together and add real value to everyday living.

In support of their work, we warmly invite you to attend their Easter Egg Hunt & Market Day taking place at their facility in Bellville, on Saturday, 11 April from 10 am to 2 pm. This family friendly event brings the community together in the spirit of the season, featuring an Easter egg hunt at R50 per child, a kiddies play area, music, a Best Dressed Bunny competition, and more. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the day while supporting a worthy cause.

There is also an opportunity to make a difference through a donation. Your contribution directly helps Iris House continue providing care, therapies, and vital support to special needs children and their families across the Western Cape.
